Dry Needling: How It's Used in Physical Therapy

Hey everybody, Dr. Kelly here from Hands on Health here to talk about dry needling!

Dry needling is a practice I love to use in physical therapy treatment because of its natural benefits provided to the muscles being worked on. By dry needling tight areas such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back, you can see an increase in mobility and decrease in overall tension -- this is a practice I highly recommend if you're struggling with stubborn mobility issues!
